NOBLE FUELING SOLUTIONS ACQUIRES BETTS ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES

NOBLE FUELING SOLUTIONS, A PORTFOLIO COMPANY OF HIDDEN HARBOR CAPITAL PARTNERS, ACQUIRES BETTS ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES

Butler, New Jersey, July 15, 2025 – Noble Fueling Solutions (“Noble”), a Hidden Harbor Capital Partners portfolio company and C-3 Technologies (“C3”), a subsidiary of Noble, today announced the acquisition of the assets of Betts Environmental Services Corporation (“Betts” or the “Company”). The acquisition adds further density to Noble’s and C3’s geographic footprint in the Northeast and is highly complementary to their current customer base.

Originally founded by Michael Betts and located in Butler, New Jersey, Betts is a full-service provider of equipment installation, repair services, and environmental remediation services to both petroleum and industrial customers. Most of the Company’s work involves removing and installing storage tanks and related equipment for various customers in different end markets. Betts Owner and President, Michael Betts, will continue to remain involved with the company.
