Arisilio (Ozzie) DiAndrea begins working for Herbert Brochard Company, performing petroleum construction and service

1954

Mid-South Steel Products, Inc. was founded in Cape Girardeau, MO

1972

Ozzie purchases Herbert Brochard Co, eventually bringing 3 sons and a daughter into the business

1979

Ozzie renames the company Island Pump & Tank

1995

The Company expands their footprint to cover the 5 boroughs of NYC and Upstate NY

1995

S&W Services, LLC was founded as a compliance and services company, specializing in the telecommunication and petroleum industry’s compliance and inspection

1997

The Company establishes a new corporate headquarters in East Northport, NY and establishes operations in Connecticut

1997

Petroleum Equipment Company is founded with 3 partners in Florida

1998

KC Petroleum is founded in Jacksonville, FL

2001

The Company established a parts and equipment distribution arm and partnered with many major manufacturers

2004

C 3 Technologies is founded by Manny Alvarez, focusing on UST facility compliance, consulting, and systems testing

2007

Employees Tony Farrell, Chris LaFever and Phil Randall purchase S&W Services, Inc.

2008

Island Pump & Tank purchases Wayne Services Group and expands its service area into New Jersey

2009

The Company expands into alternative fueling with its construction of Shell’s hydrogen fueling station in White Plains, NY

2010

Company purchases competitor Okar Equipment in Rochester, NY, expanding the workforce and NY state footprint. Overall service area expanded to 14 states
